Job Title:- Sales & Estimation Engineer**Department:** Sales & Marketing**Reports To:** Sales Manager / Business Head**Location:** [Insert Location]**Experience:** 2–5 years (in Industrial Automation / Electrical Panels / Drives & PLC Systems preferred)---Job Purpose**To generate business opportunities, prepare techno-commercial offers, and support the sales cycle from enquiry to order booking. The Sales & Estimation Engineer bridges customer requirements with technical and commercial solutions aligned with company offerings.---### **Key Responsibilities**#### **1. Sales & Business Development*** Identify new business opportunities in industrial automation, control panels, and drive systems.* Visit customers, consultants, and OEMs to promote Siemens automation & drives products.* Understand client needs, applications, and provide suitable technical solutions.* Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals.* Follow up with customers for quotations, technical clarifications, and order closures.* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.#### **2. Estimation & Proposal Preparation*** Study customer inquiries, drawings, and specifications.* Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) and cost estimation for panels, drives, and automation systems.* Prepare techno-commercial quotations with clear scope, exclusions, and delivery timelines.* Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for accurate costing.* Maintain pricing records and estimation templates for future reference.#### **3. Coordination & Documentation*** Coordinate internally with engineering, design, and production teams for project handover.* Maintain proper documentation of offers, revisions, and correspondence with customers.* Support post-order technical and commercial follow-ups when required.* Update CRM or sales tracking system regularly with enquiry and status updates.#### **4.
