Position: Sales Executive


Location: Ghaziabad or Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-Based)



Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients for our software development, website development, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persuasive, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email, social media, cold calls, and online platforms.

• Pitch company services effectively to potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions from our service portfolio.

• Follow up on leads, set up meetings, and close deals.

• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations.

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Represent the company in networking events and client meetings when required.

• Custom Software Development (Web & Mobile)

• Website Design & Development (Static, Dynamic, eCommerce, CMS)

• Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Campaigns, etc.)



Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in IT or digital marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).

• Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to clients.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.



Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Experience in SaaS, software services, or digital marketing sales.

• Knowledge of project management and proposal writing.
