Job Description: Salesperson - Stationery Industry Position: SO/ TSI/ ASM Location: Chennai, Kerala, Bangalore, Guwahati Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team in the stationery industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of stationery products. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell stationery products to retail stores, schools, offices, and individual customers. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Identify new sales opportunities and actively seek out new clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the latest stationery products and industry trends. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage. Sales Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales (preferably in the stationery industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills.
