Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include presenting and marketing our proptech and real estate services, assisting clients with their property needs, negotiating contracts, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the market trends and company offerings. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and relationship management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand market trends, real estate laws, and regulations
Experience in property consultation or real estate is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fluency in English; additional regional language proficiency is advantageous
