Finding and coordinating with channel partners for higher sales. Qualifications Should have Bachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in road construction machines. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hot mix plant/ drum mix plant/ batch mix plant industry. Strong willingness to travel. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office
