*Role: Sales Executive – Solar Products*
*Qualification* : B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing
*Locations* : Delhi NCR, and Northern States (Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, etc.)
*Candidates from mentioned locations can apply .*
*Experience* : 2-3 years of experience in solar sales
*Salary* : Rs.30,000-Rs. 50,000/month
*Week Off* : Sunday
*Industry* : Solar
*Note*: Own transport (bike/scooter) preferred, Willingness to travel extensively.
*Skills* :
1. Good understanding of solar policies and Open Access guidelines.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
*Roles* *and* *Responsibilities* :
1. Identify and target potential clients for Open Access, RESCO, and KUSUM solar models.
2. Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calls, and referrals.
3. Educate clients on financial and operational benefits.
4. Conduct site assessments and coordinate feasibility with technical teams.
5. Prepare and present proposals, ROI, and savings analysis.
6. Negotiate and close PPAs and EPC contacts.
7. Coordinate documentation and project execution.
8. Stay updated on solar policies and market trends.
9. Achieve Sales targets.
10. Provide regular sales updates and market insights to management.
