- Conduct research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior for each segment. - To plan and develop marketing strategies for target customer segment. - Train and Lead the primary sales team, strengthening the products selling strategy - Plan and execute strategies by customer engagement activities such as advertising, direct marketing, trade shows/public events. - Ensure customer experience in line with brand image and strategy and gain market insights and plan marketing campaigns and tactics. - Increase sales by actively selling to end users, maximizing consumable pull-through. - Plan, forecast and achieve objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts for their business. Requirements - B. Tech or Master of Science (preferably in Life Sciences or Allied Medical Disciplines) - 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably lab instruments). - Knowledge of relevant markets and competitors landscape. - Excellent communication skills at all business levels. - Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects. - Proven work experience in sales and developing customer relationships. - Team working spirit and ability. - Willingness to travel (above 80%).
