Job Summary We're looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Executives/Officers to expand our customer base for the Apollo SBI Credit Card. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, engaging directly with potential customers in various settings, explaining the compelling features of our co-branded credit card, and guiding them through the application process. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a hunger to achieve targets, we want to hear from you! Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy) Engage directly with pharmacy customers, understanding their needs to pitch the most suitable credit card offerings. Clearly explain card features, eligibility criteria, exclusive benefits, and how to effectively use the card. Collect and accurately verify customer documents, ensuring strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) norms. Ensure prominent daily visibility of all promotional materials and campaign branding within the pharmacy. Field Sales Proactively visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards. Generate leads through effective cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging with foot traffic. Diligently follow up on potential leads and close sales within the agreed-upon turnaround time (TAT). Operational Maintain accurate daily records of all customer interactions, application submissions, and successful conversions. Coordinate seamlessly with internal processing teams to ensure timely application approvals and smooth customer onboarding. Ensure full compliance with all banking and regulatory guidelines during the sales process and documentation collection. Key Requirements Education: Minimum 12th pass; a Graduate degree is preferred. Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply! Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural at connecting with people. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills – you can effectively articulate value and overcome objections. Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers directly. Goal-oriented and self-motivated – you thrive on achieving and exceeding targets. Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
