Field Sales Executive We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to engage directly with potential clients, promote our products/services, and drive sales through face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities: Field Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, building relationships with potential clients in the assigned territory. Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Targets & Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets through proactive prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals. Market Research: Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to better position our offerings and improve sales strategies. Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned geographic area, ensuring maximum coverage and sales opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the company CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and share valuable customer insights. Qualifications: Proven experience in face-to-face sales or customer-facing roles (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily. Target-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
