Position: Sales Consultant Location: Madhapur Hyderabad Preferred Industry: Automobile Industry Only Job Description: Drive business growth and achieve sales targets by effectively leading and managing the sales team. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance market presence. Oversee the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare and present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with accurate forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging market trends and shifts, ensuring awareness of new products and competitor activities. Job Skills: Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
