Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to cover Gujarat and Maharashtra regions. The ideal candidate should have fluency in Gujarati and Marathi , a strong industrial network, and the ability to drive sales growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and on-field sales efforts. Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial hubs across Gujarat and Maharashtra. Visit factories, plants, and industrial clients regularly to promote our bearing solutions. Communicate effectively in Gujarati and Marathi with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical discussions. Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals. Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and visit reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer service. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products (experience in bearings, mechanical components preferred). Fluency in Gujarati and Marathi is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Maharashtra. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
