Sales Executive

Job Description: Ruloans Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading loan distribution company, is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, good communication skills, and a strong desire to help customers meet their financial needs. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital channels Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for documentation and approvals Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction Requirements: Experience in loan sales or financial services preferred (Freshers may apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of financial products (personal, business, or home loans) Self-driven with a results-oriented approach Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Perks & Benefits: Performance-based incentives On-the-job training Career growth opportunities within the organization
