We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, maintaining client relationships, and promoting company products and services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Conduct product demonstrations and prepare sales proposals/quotations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve customer experience Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Good presentation and convincing skills Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Office Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable) Skills Customer relationship management Lead generation Time management and organization Problem-solving and decision-making Teamwork and collaboration
