Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of company values and sales functions, possess excellent client relationship management skills, and be capable of achieving sales targets. This role involves lead generation, managing the sales process, conducting market research, mentoring team members, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Role & responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide regular updates on builder projects. Sales & Revenue Generation Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive engagement and consultation. Conduct site visits and presentations at project locations or client premises. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Negotiate, close deals, and assist clients throughout the transaction process. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions. Sales Process Management Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing transactions. Ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, addressing client requirements effectively. Market Research & Reporting Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. Prepare reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with MIS, accounts, and reporting teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience. Team Support & Mentorship Guide and support team members in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service. Mentor and coach individuals on sales strategies, client management, and professional development. Training & Skill Enhancement Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs for the team. Provide insights on sales techniques, market trends, and regulatory updates. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related domain. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Passionate, self-motivated, and ambitious in sales, marketing, business development, or client relations. Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language. Must own a two-wheeler with valid RTO documents. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. Willingness to escort customers to project sites and conduct on-ground sales activities. This position is open to both men and women.
