Role & responsibilities Cold Calling & Lead Generation Connect with potential clients and generate leads. Client Assistance Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Follow-ups & Relationship Building Nurture leads and maintain strong client relationships. Scheduling Site Visits Arrange and coordinate property visits for clients. Sales & Convincing Persuade clients to invest by explaining property benefits. Market Research Stay updated on real estate trends and project details.
