Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and drive sales of laboratory equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets. Provide technical support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the equipment. Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles to effectively service and maintain laboratory equipment. Conduct periodic equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the laboratory equipment or scientific instrumentation industry. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
