Job Description: E-Channel (Digital Sales) Associate Location: Vashi ,Navi Mumbai About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven E-Channel (Digital Sales) Associates to join our dynamic team in Vashi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through our digital channels, engaging with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will leverage your communication and sales skills to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of our digital sales platform. Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Conduct proactive outbound calls and engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales. Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate product information and address customer inquiries through digital channels (phone, email, chat). Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance guidelines. Job Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills and a proven ability to persuade and influence customers. Thought Process: Demonstrates a good thought process, the ability to problem solve, and to quickly learn new information. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in outbound sales processes. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the insurance or sales industry is an added advantage. Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a significant plus. Education: Graduation is mandatory (full-time or part-time). Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. Work Details: Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM (any 9.30-hour shift within this timeframe). Work Week: 5-day work week. Weekends: 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday and Sunday are not fixed).
