About the Company:
PP Enterprises is an authorized dealer of Sintex and Plasto water tanks, providing durable and high-quality plastic storage tanks to homes, builders, industries, and farms. We focus on customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage incoming calls and inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other sources.
• Make cold calls to potential customers such as builders, contractors, and institutions.
• Share product details, quotations, and offers with clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Follow up with leads until final order confirmation.
• Maintain a record of daily calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team for smooth delivery.
• Report daily progress and sales updates to the manager/owner.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (Kannada preferred).
• Confidence to make 30–40 calls per day.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Google Sheets).
• Experience in sales, telecalling, or IndiaMART lead handling preferred.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives: 1% per tank sale
• Performance Bonus: Monthly reward for high achievers
