Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Develop and manage sales of engineering plastics and polymer resins such as PA 6, PA 66, PPA, POM, PBT, PET, TPEE, and PPS . Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable products. Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships . Conduct customer visits to assess product needs and provide solutions. Market & Product Management: Handle procurement forecasting and sales planning. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order processing. Maintain relationships with raw material manufacturers, compounders, recyclers, and traders . Research market trends and competitor activities to optimize product sales strategies. Technical Support & Coordination: Provide technical assistance for product applications and material selection. Work with internal teams for order processing and on-time product delivery . Recommend alternative grades for cost-effective procurement . Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Plastics Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field . 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing of polymer resins, engineering plastics, or related fields . Strong background in polymer resins and plastics . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . Ability to analyze customer needs and provide technical support . Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events . Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Candidates with experience in handling key accounts in polymer sales . Familiarity with compounding, color matching, and engineering plastic applications .
