Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director located in Vadodara. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations for Pre Engineered Building. Managing a sales team, developing business strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth, strategizing on new business opportunities, managing customer service initiatives, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development Experience in Customer Service and maintaining customer relationships Team Management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus.
