Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, outbound calls, and email campaigns to drive sales growth. Qualify leads and identify customer needs Provide information to customers about Provilac Dairy products and their benefits Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner. Meet or exceed monthly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas and goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales/presales/inside sales, preferably B2C Strong skills in inside sales, presales, cold calling, outbound processing, telesales, international voice process. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation. Strong negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
