About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: -Identify potential students/clients and generate leads through various channels. -Conduct counseling sessions to understand learners’ needs and recommend appropriate courses or programs. -Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. -Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions. -Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. -Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales in CRM. -Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends in the EdTech sector. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). -1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Self-motivated and target-oriented. -Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude. -Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
