Role Description

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding Nutricana’s market presence and building strong customer relationships. This is a field-focused position involving direct interaction with dairy farmers, distributors, and retailers to promote and sell the company’s cattle feed products. The role requires active market coverage, sales target achievement, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers including dairy farmers, retailers, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
• Collect market intelligence related to demand, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of goods.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of field activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cattle feed, agriculture, or FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of dairy farming practices and the cattle feed market (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Minimum qualification:

  12th pass; a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, or related field is an advantage.
