This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mangaluru, Kochi, Surat, Chandigarh and Rajkot for a Sales Executive at NoBrokerHood. The Sales Executive will interact with clients to identify and meet their needs by promoting relevant NoBrokerHood solutions. Responsibilities will include prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and consistently achieving sales targets. The role also requires maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
* Should be proficient in English and Hindi, knowing regional language is a plus.
* Generate leads through research, networking & cold-calling
* Meet clients, present product solutions & coordinate demos
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Maintain CRM records and share regular sales reports
* Conduct basic market research and share insights
* Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
* Minimum 6 months field sales experience (industry experience is a plus)
* Should have won two wheeler with a valid driver's license.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
* Willingness to travel extensively; flexible work hours
