Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for corporate training programs to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and following up on leads. Formulate strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and sectors, targeting high-potential clients for corporate training programs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential market opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Create detailed sales proposals, RFPs, and contracts for prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions. Required Skills & Knowledge: Should have demonstrable success in achieving sales targets preferably in the cybersecurity training domain. Ability to understand client pain-points to position training solutions. Experience in corporate training programs, LMS platforms. Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers like CISO’s, CIO’s etc. Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing & terms Other Skills Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts & frameworks.
