Job Description

Responsibilities: Generate leads through prospecting techniques including cold calling, email marketing, attending industry events, and networking with potential customers like homeowners or businesses. Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer needs, energy usage patterns, and budget. Design customized solar panel systems that meet customer requirements and maximize energy savings. Present proposals that detail the system design, cost analysis, financial benefits (including government incentives), and return on investment (ROI). Negotiate contracts and close deals, addressing customer concerns and objections effectively. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to system installation and after-sales support. Stay up-to-date on the latest solar technologies, government regulations, and financing options for solar panel systems. Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
