Location: Greater Noida & Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Sales & Marketing
Shift Time: 10:30 PM To 7:30 PM

Location: Sector 68, IMT Industrial Area, Faridabad.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for the Greater Noida & Ghaziabad region. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in building materials, hardware, or related industry sales and possess strong local market knowledge. This role involves developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Generate leads, meet potential clients, and convert them into customers.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit records, and customer data.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: 12 th pass or diploma in market related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in building material / hardware / construction product sales.
  • Location Preference: Candidates based in Greater Noida or Ghaziabad will be given priority.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good understanding of the local market and dealer network
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • License: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the region.

Requirements

Personal conveyance for daily field visits .

Good knowledge of the greater Noida and Ghaziabad area.

preferable experienced candidates rom the same location .
