Role & responsibilities As a PCB Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities in the PCB industry, ensuring steady growth of the product and service portfolio. You will establish and nurture long-term, strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, EMS providers, and OEMs to build lasting partnerships. Your role will also include understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate PCB solutions, whether it be Rigid, Flex, HDI, or other specialized types, to meet their specific needs. You will develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the client's requirements and budgets. You will work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and seamless product delivery. Engaging with clients to discuss and finalize terms of payment, contracts, and pricing structures will be another key aspect of your responsibilities. You will stay informed about market developments, industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the PCB sector. Additionally, you will consistently reach and exceed revenue and sales targets set for the business unit, contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will be required to travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to maintain and expand relationships with key clients and potential customers. You will also maintain a strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in PCB manufacturing, including knowledge of compliance and quality control. Finally, you will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PCB technology, materials, manufacturing procedures, and specifications to provide technical guidance and support to clients.
