Role Responsibilities Identify and target potential franchisee candidates through market research and networking. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential franchises. Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase franchise opportunities to prospective candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners. Provide ongoing support and guidance through the recruitment process. Manage negotiations with potential franchisees, ensuring a win-win outcome. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for franchise acquisitions. Monitor competitors and industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Conduct thorough franchise application reviews and assessments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM. Collaborate with the training team to provide new franchisees with effective onboarding. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote franchise opportunities. Provide feedback on franchise sales procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Report sales performance and metrics to the management team regularly. Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales. Strong understanding of franchise structures and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings and events. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local market dynamics and competitors. Willingness to continuously learn and enhance skills. Experience in managing franchise relationships is a plus.
