The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers in line with company goals. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM or designated software. Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to implement and refine effective sales strategies. Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry developments, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or business development, in any industry. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
