Responsible for acquiring new broadband connections and managing customer payments. Expected to market the company's broadband connection and related services/products on a door-to-door basis. Accountable for achieving assigned monthly targets. Answer customers' queries and generate leads. Promote company services using various media such as banners, newspaper inserts, leaflets, etc. Increase the customer base by converting potential leads into sales. Track potential leads and convert them into sales. Provide daily feedback to the team leader on progress and challenges. Take full ownership of new customer acquisition from start to installation (End to End). Requirements and Skills Cold calling to generate interest in broadband services. Convincing clients to subscribe to internet services. Lead generation skills and maintaining lead conversion rates.
