About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive for the Metal / Steel / Industrial Products sector who will handle sales enquiries, client communication, order processing & account management — all from office. The role requires strong follow-up skills, technical understanding and confidence in B2B interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls for lead conversion
• Explain product specifications, pricing, grades & technical details
• Create quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales orders
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new industrial clients
• Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch & billing
• Manage client records, track payment follow-ups & repeat orders
• Keep product, stock & pricing updates ready for customers
• Prepare sales reports, monthly targets, and performance trackers

Skills & Requirements

You’re the right fit if you have:

• Good product understanding of metals, steel, fabrication, hardware or industrial materials (preferred, not compulsory)
• Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills
• Ability to read & understand material specifications (grades, thickness, type)
• Good command over MS Excel, quotations & documentation
• Target-oriented mindset with disciplined follow-ups
• Ability to handle B2B customers like fabricators, builders, manufacturers, traders

Eligibility

• Graduate (Mechanical/Industrial background is a plus)
