Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with trucking company owners and decision-makers, pitching our fuel card solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Communication in Punjabi is essential; Hindi and English will be a strong advantage.
  • Follow up with leads, explain our model, and close sales with confidence.
  • Maintain and update leads on our CRM (Salesforce) to keep the sales funnel accurate and healthy.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining documentation using Google Sheets/Excel.


Qualifications

  • A recent graduate or someone with 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Punjabi/Hindi will be a plus).
  • Strong interest in sales, finance, or entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like CRM, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
