Job Description: Sales Executive Inspection Services Company: Markek International Certifications Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mumbai Department: Business Development Position: Sales Executive Inspection Services Experience Required: 2-3 years in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or similar industry About Markek International: Markek International is an NABCB and QCI accredited certification body, providing reliable quality and compliance services. Our inspection services ensure that quality standards are maintained during redevelopment projects, offering comprehensive checks at every stage of construction and material testing in ISO 17025 and NABL accredited laboratories. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects. Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and site visits to promote Markek's inspection services. Present the value proposition of inspection services to cooperative society members, committees, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and tailor pitches to client needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends in the redevelopment and construction industry. Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to understand technical aspects of construction and inspection services. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, certification, or related industries.
