Job Description

Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers. Position : Sales Executive / Manager Qualification : BBA/MBA in Marketing Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in plastic pipe fittings sales Location : Gujarat or Maharashtra CTC : Up to 10 Lacs per annum Job Responsibilities : Drive the sales of plastic pipe fittings in the assigned region (Gujarat/Maharashtra). Expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Monitor performance and ensure they are meeting sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve market penetration. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Report on performance, sales forecasts, and other metrics to senior management. Provide technical assistance and product training to customers and distributors. Be a product expert and guide clients on the benefits of plastic pipe fittings. Foster long-term relationships with key customers and offer solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Strong technical knowledge of plastic pipe fittings and their applications in various industries. Proficiency in CRM tools , ERP systems , and sales tracking software .
