Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us: Steeloncall is Indias largest steel trading e-commerce platform, revolutionizing the traditional steel buying and selling process. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Managers /Director / VP Growth and sales for our Bangalore location / Hyderabad Location Responsibilities: • Focus on selling steel products and services to potential customers across India. • Influence clients to purchase steel products through the online platform. • Identify and engage with builders, construction companies, contractors, and key decision-makers in the industry. • Generate and nurture leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Provide detailed product and service information, emphasizing key benefits. • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies. • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: • Any Bachelor's degree, and Masters degree will be a brownie point. • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Good knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Willingness to travel within the India for client meetings if required.
