Job Description

Job Purpose Overview: Will drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships in Mumbai & suburbs for Aquarius’s product portfolio, including boom pumps, line pumps, and batching plants for RMC. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing technical support to customers, and expanding the company’s market presence in the region. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in Mumbai & suburbs to promote the company’s products. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in alignment with the company’s goals. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Act as the first point of contact for customers in Mumbai & suburbs, providing product information, pricing, and technical support. Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements and provide customised solutions. Dealer Coordination: Work closely with local dealer in Mumbai & suburbs to enhance sales and market penetration. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts. Track competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to the Regional Sales Manager. Technical Support & Demonstrations: Arrange product demonstrations and presentations for customers and dealers. Collaborate with the technical and service teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Familiarity with the Mumbai & suburbs market and customer base is an advantage.
