Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service. Manage showroom sales, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles to customers. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets for car sales and consultancy services. Provide product knowledge to customers, addressing their concerns and preferences. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in automobile sales or related field (car sales, customer handling). Strong understanding of sales principles, including upselling and cross-selling techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
