Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets in assigned territory. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and trends. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, leads, and client interactions. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in field sales or related role (insurance sales, mutual funds sales). Strong understanding of demat services, equity sales, general insurance sales, financial products (general insurance), area sales management. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
