Job Title: Sales Executive - Demat Accounts Roles & Responsibilities: Drive the acquisition of new clients for Demat accounts through provided leads and utilizing the LMS system. Assist clients in setting up their mobile application and guide them through the KYC process. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients during the onboarding process. Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to team and company success. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and KPIs. Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, Nifty, and financial products. Good to average proficiency in English, with strong conversational skills. Confident, energetic, and well-presented with a professional approach. Educational Qualification: HSC or Graduation. Graduate Freshers or Previous experience in outbound sales or BPO sales is preferred. Age: 20-29 years. Job Details: Work Days: 6 days a week. Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift, 9 am to 6 pm (9 hours). Salary: 17,000 to 29,000 net, depending on the last drawn salary and interview performance. Incentives: 3,000 to 70,000 based on performance. Training: 3 days of training provided to help you succeed in the role.
