Lead inside sales operations and drive business growth? Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales closures? Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business? Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/solutions? Manage sales pipeline through CRM, follow-ups, and documentation? Coordinate with the technical and procurement teams for smooth execution? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic planning? Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiation? Identify new business opportunities through market research? Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management

Required Skills & Experience
