Key Responsibilities Acquire new leads, identify potential customers and close sales Facilitate students to locate affordable, convenient and secure rooms from our extensive property listings and maintain continuous correspondence with them Ensure a comprehensive sales process to maximize customer conversion rate Maintain all modes of communication with customers to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey and ensure a perfect match for their requirements Address queries raised by students with prompt and complete responses Communicate with property managers in the UK, US and Australia to enhance company services and achievements About Company: UniAcco (by Adventum Student Living Private Limited) intends to build a cutting-edge, technology-based platform to provide end-to-end solutions to international students to achieve their dreams.
