Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building material or construction industry. Strong knowledge of building materials, their applications, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals. Good analytical skills to assess market trends and customer requirements.
