Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Hydrotherm Experience: 2 - 5 years Location: Angul, Dehradun, Lucknow Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, generating new business leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. Generate new leads and build strong customer relationships. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Travel as required for client meetings and business development. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Hydraulic Industrial Goods (not mandatory). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel for business purposes. Male candidate preferred. Must have a 2 wheeler . All travelling expenses will be reimbursed. Must have knowledge of local market/client base to sell the industrial Goods and understand the requirements, generate the leads. Pleasant Personality, good writing and speaking communication skills. Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Graduate degree.
