Role & responsibilities To be accountable for ensuring the sales team with targeted sales monthly. Planning and implementing marketing plans in conjunction with the GM of hotel Identifying and targeting specific market segments for likely corporate clients and selling memberships to them Generating weekly membership data for analysis and monthly reports on membership status, renewals, and new and potential on all accounts To be responsible for the organization and implementation of the Annual Plan of the Membership Department. Responsible for marketing, advertising, and departmental spending, ensuring these are within budget and aligned with the agreed brand strategy. Strategically looking at other departments. Prepare reports and recommendations on sales strategy for senior management. Preferred candidate profile Marketing Knowledge: They should have a good understanding of marketing regulations and be able to create marketing strategies that target their desired audience. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is required for creating and maintaining client relationships.
