We curate soulful homes and villas across India, blending comfort with community, and offering deeply immersive experiences. We’re scaling rapidly across destinations like Lonavala, Khandala, and beyond — and we’re looking for passionate team players who can grow with us. What You’ll Do As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the link between our brand and our villa guests & partners. Your role combines client management, sales, and online travel platform coordination to drive bookings and elevate guest experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relations Respond to client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email and OTA platforms Handle customer escalations and follow up to ensure issue closure Collect and share feedback from guests and villa partners to improve offerings 2. Sales Strategy & Closures Help identify sales opportunities in new regions and villa clusters Develop and refine sales scripts and pitch materials Negotiate terms with potential clients and close booking deals Meet monthly sales and occupancy targets 3. OTA & Booking Platform Management Manage listings and bookings across Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc. Regularly update content, pricing, calendar and promotions on all platforms Track performance analytics and suggest improvements for higher conversions 4. Communication & Collaboration Attend inbound calls and proactively follow up with leads Coordinate with internal teams for smooth guest check-ins and operations Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales data, and feedback ✅ Requirements 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, OTA management, or similar fields Prior experience working with Airbnb, MMT, Goibibo, or other OTAs is a strong plus Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building ability Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and mobile apps A self-starter who can work under minimal supervision 📍 Location This is an on-ground role based out of Thane, Mumbai . Occasional travel to Lonavala/Khandala as needed. Why Work With Us?
