Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a background in FMCG sales, specifically within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cafeterias). The ideal candidate should have strong connections with administrative decision-makers, particularly within large corporate environments. This role involves promoting our products, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Drive sales efforts within the FMCG sector, focusing on hospitality-related clients (hotels, restaurants, and cafeterias). Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish meetings, and conduct sales pitches to expand the customer base. Arrange Meetings with Food & Beverage Managers / General Managers in 4 & 5 Star Hotels, Chain of Premium Restaurants & Clubs, Cafeteria etc. Arrange Meetings with Admin In charge of companies having more than 50 people staff. Follow Up & Close Deals Cultivate and expand relationships to drive further sales of Coffee Target Market 4 & 5 Star Hotels, Premium Restaurants, Cafeteria, Corporate Companies. Market Research & Analysis Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Analyze sales data and market feedback to provide insights on product offerings and promotional strategies. Monitor competitor activity and identify gaps to enhance our product positioning in the market. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or B Com 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, ideally with exposure to hotels, restaurants, and cafeteria clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with B2B sales in the hospitality or food & beverage sector. Knowledge of corporate procurement processes. Ability to conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
