Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Udaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. This role will involve regular interactions with guests, understanding their needs, and providing tailored services to enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and anticipate client needsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldFamiliarity with the Udaipur region and its cultural nuances is a plusMust have knowledge of driving and comfortable to visit in market for get the sales leads.1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong B2B and B2C sales skills.Ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships.Skilled in upselling and cross-selling hotel services (rooms, banquet halls, event packages, etc.).Good understanding of hotel operations, room types, packages, and amenitiesFamiliarity with local and international travel and tourism trends.Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality are a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication.
