Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Conduct site visits and follow up with clients Develop and maintain relationships with clients Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections Meet and exceed sales targets Requirements: Proven track record of successful sales Self-motivated and goal-oriented Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal guidelines Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
