Job Title:- Executive- Patient Care Specialist Location:- Gurugram, Sector - 14 Experience:- 0-5 years (Freshers can also apply) Salary:- As per market standards Working Days:- 6 Shifts and Week Offs- Rotational Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi Job Description: - Advise patients about the HexaHealth service through structured discussions. - Understand the patient's profile & problems to explain the benefits of our services. - Guide the patient to the right hospital / doctor, manage their consultation and handhold them throughout their journey. - Directly impact revenue generation. Job Requirements: - Excellent communication skills with empathy towards the patient. - Get things done attitude - Ability to multitask.
